圣堂社区坐落于大朗镇中心一带，占地0.9平方千米[1][2][3]。政府网概况所载户籍人口2124人，外来暂住人口约一万九千余人[1]。百度百科载，截至2022年3月，社区户籍人口2035人[3]。

历史沿革[edit]

百度百科载，南宋时此地立村，名为庾巷。1998年基层改制，设圣堂村委会[3]。

经济与市场[edit]

社区地处镇中心，发展市场商贸业，多年来投资建设商业市场，建筑总面积近十万平方米，其中包括大朗市场、红荔商业城和荔湾市场，市场商贸业成为社区集体经济的支柱[1]。2025年，社区的集体经营总收入为3869万元[1]。

居住与设施[edit]

圣堂花园是社区的农民公寓，占地约61亩，建筑面积11.6万平方米，四栋住宅楼，可容纳456户。该工程2013年8月动工，2017年1月入伙[1]。

圣堂文化活动中心于2019年9月动工，2021年建成，内设商铺、住宅和居民喜庆堂等。社区综合服务中心位于圣堂花园内，于2017年底投入使用，设17个功能室[1]。

荣誉[edit]

政府网概况称，社区于2018年获得「广东省宜居社区」称号[1]。
