共和村是连州镇下辖的行政村，村内有沙坊粉的生产，2021年列入一村一品、一镇一业专业村名单。2025年选为省级典型村培育对象，2026年3月通过省级典型村考核评定。[1][2][3]

沿革与产业[edit]

1999年起称村委会。[1]

2021年9月，共和村列入第二批一村一品、一镇一业专业村名单，产业为沙坊粉。2019年9月，该村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]

据百度百科，此粉又称切粉，原料为本地晚造米和山泉水；制作要经过泡米、磨浆、蒸皮、晾干和切丝几道工序。其制作技艺在2018年列入广东省省级非遗名录，2021年，该产品进入全国名特优新农产品之列。[4]

2025年，共和村被选为省级典型村培育对象。同年，农房风貌提升了15栋，新铺污水管网760米，拆除危旧房屋38间，「四小园」围蔽长800米。[2]

2026年3月，共和村通过省级典型村考核评定。[3]

清拆项目[edit]

2026年初，「连州市连州镇等五镇乡村振兴示范带（二期）」中的共和村清拆项目公开协议交易，拟拆除各村小组的危旧房屋并清理建筑废料，预算40万元。[5]
