地名与沿革[edit]

因村内小组多以「芙蓉」二字命名，村名由此而来。2005年，草陂村委会撤销后并入芙蓉村委会。[1]

产业与文物[edit]

村民致富主要依靠种植水稻和外出务工。博雅地名网所列的文物古迹有三山寨古人类生活遗迹，《阳山年鉴·2020》亦列有三山寨古人类生活遗址。[1][2]
