上坪镇是广东省河源市龙川县北部的镇，北与江西省的定南、寻乌两县相邻，并与梅州市兴宁市接壤。全镇辖1个社区和13个行政村，以水果种植为主要农业，兼营林下经济。镇内有仰天堂、古柏牺牲地遗址等土地革命时期的革命旧址。[1][3][4]

2025年，上坪镇成为省里第三批“百千万工程”培育的典型镇之一，镇中心的街道、公园和农贸市场正在改造。镇党委把全镇定位为“粤赣门户，多彩上坪”。[5][3]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年解放后，这一带设上坪区。此后数十年间，各村先后经历乡政府、管理区、大队等不同体制，1999年前后陆续改设村委会。上坪社区则于1989年成立，是镇中心的居民组织。[6][7]

上坪地区在土地革命时期即有革命活动。1927年前后，仰天堂一带的青年加入寻乌赤卫队，开始秘密活动；1930年秋，这里已有农会、游击队和党小组，成为龙川与寻乌边境的重要秘密交通站。[2][8]

地理环境[edit]

镇域总面积约210.63平方千米，其中山地约占180平方千米，森林覆盖率在八成以上。[3]

境内有流田水河，镇政府正推进上坪村一段的美丽河道建设。[4] 镇内还保存着古驿道，镇政府已修复金龙村江广亭至仰天堂之间的一段，并以此开辟红色徒步线路。[3][4]

经济[edit]

水果种植是上坪的主要产业。镇内种植金柑、椪柑、脐橙、猕猴桃、鹰嘴桃等果树，据博雅地名网所载的概况（统计数据截至2005年前后），水果种植面积累计超过2.8万亩，年产量1.3万多吨，曾被县委、县政府授予“金桔之乡”称号。[1]

2004年，全镇农业总产值约1.3亿元，工业总产值5664万元，农村人均纯收入3696元。[1]

镇政府推行“一村一品、一镇一业”，村级产业包括回龙高山茶、石湖油茶和龙田脐橙等。林下经济以生态养蜂为主，并发展仿野生灵芝种植。[4]

矿产方面，境内有金、银、铅、锌、铁、锰、铜等矿种，金石嶂铁矿储量据称在900万吨以上，并有水温达93摄氏度的硫磺温泉。[1] 黄麻山生态产业园项目总投资1.2亿元，已完成前期投资3500万元；回龙铁矿项目总投资4亿元，已完成投资2.5亿元。[4]

名胜古迹[edit]

仰天堂革命旧址位于金龙村，是土地革命时期的地下秘密交通站所在地。与之相邻的仰天堂是清初（约1670年）所建的古建筑，为河源市第四批文物保护单位。镇政府已把这一带列入红色古驿道徒步线路。[2][3][8]

茶活炮楼在茶活村钟氏祖屋旁，建于清咸丰六年（1856年），为龙川县文物保护单位。1932年8月，广东军阀陈济棠部一个团会同周边七县的地方武装五千余人围攻茶活苏区，区委书记黄清鼎率队守楼，弹尽援绝后守楼人全部牺牲。炮楼于1984年倒塌，现仅余屋基。[2]

古柏牺牲地遗址在青化村的鸳鸯坑。1935年2月，留在中央苏区坚持斗争的原中央苏区局秘书长古柏在此召集粤赣边区的苏区干部开会，同年3月6日会址被国民党县警包围，古柏与另两名领导在突围中牺牲。[2]

「歼灭胡琏残敌战斗旧址」在下坪炮楼。1949年7月，胡琏兵团的残敌经寻乌篁乡窜入上坪地区，龙川县公安力量在此一带迎击，击毙敌军30多人。[2]

江广亭在金龙村与江西定南县镇田村的交界处，建于明代，1983年重修，为龙川县文物保护单位。据百度百科，20世纪30年代这条赣粤古驿道被称为“苏区盐道”，亭子曾用于转运食盐等物资。[2][9]

下新桥位于上坪新桥，清咸丰年间修建，长62.5米，两孔石拱桥，旧时是江西与龙川客商往来的必经之路，同为龙川县文物保护单位。[2]

野猪嶂是县级自然保护区，位于上坪与细坳两镇交界处，主峰海拔1293米，为龙川第二高峰。2022年10月起实行全面管控，禁止外来人员及车辆擅自进入。[10]

此外，镇内还有热水温泉、青云古村落和青云塔，镇政府已将其列入红色生态文化旅游的规划。[3]
