地名由来[edit]
村子近处有一眼山泉，水质清亮而微温，可以直接饮用，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年后归吉祥村政府管辖，1953年又隶属吉祥乡政府，1957年设热水管区，1958年改为大队，1983年仍归吉祥乡。1986年起为村委会，1989年一度改为管理区，1999年重设村委会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2023年5月，广东省爱卫会授予村庄“2022年广东省卫生村”称号。[1]
