郭岭村位于车田镇，辖区内原有郭坑、虎岭两个自然村，村名各取一字而成。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年属黄埠乡，当时设郭坑村。1958年归公社的郭岭大队；1977年改属郑马公社郭岭大队。1983年改设乡，1986年转为村委会，1989年称管理区，1999年重新设立村委会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2022年广东省卫生村称号由广东省爱卫会于2023年5月认定，郭岭村获此称号。[1] 2019年9月，该村被列为2018年度广东省民主法治示范村创建单位。[1]
基础设施[edit]
2026年的镇工作计划提出，加快推进郭岭村110千伏变电站项目建设。[2]
