地名与沿革[edit]
1945年以前，双羊与浮下两地合组为双浮管区，其后拆开，浮下另立大队。[2] 「双羊」之名因此见于旧管区的称谓。[2]
镇区规划[edit]
规划公告的一处写明镇区包括赤光居委和双羊村；另一处则说大洋与双羊两村涉及镇区，合计面积为0.38平方千米。两处口径不一，此处并记。[3]
荣誉[edit]
博雅地名网记双洋村在2024年3月获认定为2023年广东省卫生村。[1]
