热水村是九和镇的行政村，因村中有温泉而得名，旧称汤裡社。[1] 御临门温泉度假村与九和温泉主要在热水、幸福两村之间。[2] 2023年11月，该村入选广东省「百千万工程」首批典型村。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

明代，这里属古名都下黄沙社上下汤村；到清代，这一带设为汤裡社，下辖汤裡、磜头、上下汤、梅子派、南坑、磜下六村。民国归下黄砂乡。建国后，1952年成立热水乡（第五区九和）；人民公社时期为热水大队，1961年一度拆成热水、后阳、灵坑三个大队，1963年合回一个。其后的名称是九和区热水乡（1983年）、管理区（1989年）、村委会（1999年）。[1]

经济[edit]

热水村依托温泉发展民宿和餐饮。据2024年4月《河源日报》的报道，村里的特色民宿近30家、餐馆12家，每年游客近20万人次；上一年投入312万元把旅游大道由3米拓宽到6米，并新建热水文化广场。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

热水村的温泉在1987年经广东省703地质队实测，水温达86摄氏度，水质为重碳酸硅钠型。1988年、1996年，九和温泉山庄、九和温泉度假村先后在村里兴建。[2] 另据百度百科，九和温泉有七个天然汤湖，1938年已被编入《中国温泉》一书。[4] 热水村在2019年10月又进入当年的广东省卫生村名录。[1]
