热水村在梅州市平远县热柘镇南部，下设13个村民小组，登记564户、2201人，面积12.69平方千米，耕地约1300亩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网所记，村里原有一处水面约20平方米的温泉，水温45℃，村便以此为名。[1]热水与小柘两地在明清时是长田都下的两个堡，后来合为热柘乡，见热柘镇条目。[2]1949年称热水乡，1958年为热水大队，1983年复称乡，1987年起设村民委员会，1989年称管理区，1999年又改回村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
水稻之外，村里种金柚、李和柑，三者也是特色收入。上一年农村经济总收入899.04万元。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
恩世居在本村，民国年间所建。梅州市人民政府于2016年6月29日将它列入「第四批梅州市文物保护单位」。[3]
荣誉[edit]
2023年4月，热水村名列「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位。[1]
