陂角村在埔前镇西北面，全村面积13.5平方公里，有12个自然村、712户共3830人。巴伐利亚庄园、大鹏（源城）产业转移园、春沐源岭南特色小镇等大项目落在村境内。[1][2]

地名与沿革[edit]

村名取自埔前河大陂头的西北角。[4]1952年为陂角乡，1958年改称大队，1983年复称乡，1987年建村委会，1990年为管理区，1999年区撤，村委会延续至今。[3]

村情[edit]

村里曾是省定贫困村。村党支部整合帮扶资源，推出“小坑土鸡十大鹏扶贫超市”品牌，并投入854万元入股大鹏（源城）产业转移园和源城农商行，使集体经济每年增收70多万元。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，它列入2018年度广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位。国家卫生健康委老龄司在2021年8月公布的全国示范性老年友好型社区里有陂角村。2024年4月，它进入广东省第一批乡村振兴示范村创建名单；同年11月，又成为广东省“美丽庭院”特色村。[1]
