高塘村在广东省汕尾市陆丰市八万镇，沿河而居，距镇政府3公里，沿公路可通双派村，面积约16平方公里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

这里原是龚姓人家的田寮，明朝末年周姓迁来居住，龚姓则迁往双派。土改时划为高塘乡，1958年公社化时设大队，1983年建乡，1986年改管理区，1999年起为村民委员会。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

村分10个村民小组，总人口4000多人。村里引进中山市的项目，建了樱桃和香茄种植基地，山上种果树，水田种稻。[1]下辖高塘、田心、田心寨、浮墩、深坑尾、历一、历二、罗庚山、黄户江、鲤鱼洞10个自然村。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月获广东省爱卫会授予「2020年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
