欧东村是陆河县螺溪镇南部的行政村，与揭西县接壤，离镇政府约2.9公里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，新中国成立前这里属河西乡；1961年原欧田大队一分为二，欧东、欧西由此各立门户；1973年欧田大队再分为欧东、欧西、欧田三个大队；1984年设欧田乡，1986年改称欧东村，1990年称欧东管理区，1999年定名欧东村民委员会。[2]

地理与人口[edit]

村域13.42平方千米，辖潘坑、陶前、水口、赤白、新径5个自然村，510多户，户籍人口2550多人。[1]

经济与荣誉[edit]

村里流转土地，建设龟石凹文旅项目，2021年村集体收入13万多元；村内有镇山神龟景观。[1]博雅地名网记载，欧东村2020年被评为广东省卫生村，2026年1月入选广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村。[2]
