螺溪村在螺溪镇中心，离镇政府驻地仅450米，是螺溪镇的镇区村之一。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
解放初期这里是螺溪乡，1951年与新溪并乡；1958年成立螺溪大队，1968年因开荒造田，另划出召中大队。1986年起设村委会，1990年叫管理区，1999年定名村民委员会。[2]
地理与人口[edit]
村域8.25平方千米，辖车上、告洋吉隆、大中、兆田、日圩、下街、太平围8个自然村，820多户，户籍人口3430多人。[1]
经济与荣誉[edit]
土地流转后用于生态农业，2021年村集体的收入为32万多元；村里有省卫生村、省民主法治村以及市、县两级文明村的称号；2026年1月入选广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村。[1][2]据镇政府介绍，农业部在2014年选它作“美丽乡村”创建的试点。[3]
名胜古迹[edit]
村内有茶山寺；兆田自然村的叶妈李太八十三院墓与叶松森墓属明代，2022年3月公布为汕尾市第三批文物保护单位。[1][2]
