历史沿革[edit]

长桥原属可北一带：1952年在九区可北乡，1958年是可北大队的部分；1976年立长桥大队，1987年脱离可北乡，成长桥村委会，1989年称管理区办事处。[1]

经济[edit]

耕地2057亩，种水稻、番薯、花生和蔬菜，林地约5000亩。长桥工业区由政府在2003年规划开发，面积15万平方米以上；至2006年，30多家企业（金盛、展鸿、晶雅、丽澳都在其列）已在村里投产。[2]

自然村[edit]

长桥自然村在广汕公路南侧，村后是公平水库干渠，居民有林、郑两姓；80年代初在公路北边开了长桥住宅新区。金钱埔村以王姓为主，北边是笔架山。洪官塘村位于金钱埔以东，居民姓氏多，山中有1957年冬修建的可北水库，供可塘居民饮水并灌溉长桥、可北、可新一带的农田。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2020年9月、2021年10月、2022年10月均上淘宝村名单；2023年5月获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
