历史沿革[edit]
博雅地名网记，明景泰年间有人由潮州迁此立村。解放初归六区可塘镇，1952年起属陇西乡，1958年随陇西大队编入可塘公社；1987年设埔陇村委会，1989年一度称管理区办事处，1998年恢复村委会。[1]
经济[edit]
村东靠一座叫埔陇山的小山，村前是平坦田野。1977年，政府在村附近修建了中闸这一调节水闸。[2] 村民主要种水稻、番薯，柑橘约175亩，村前辟有1000多亩的淡水鱼养殖基地；村里有公职人员上百人，旅居香港的乡亲有好几百人。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2020年12月获「2020年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
