白泡村在兴宁市合水镇境内，是镇辖行政村。黄陂河流经村子，注入合水水库；相传河水流到这里时，水面冒起许多白色水泡，村因此叫白泡。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

白泡村农会成立于1949年，1957年成立大队，1983年改为乡，1986年称管理区，1999年定名白泡村委会。2004年11月龙北镇撤销，村划归合水镇。[1]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2018年度广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位，名单2019年9月公布。[1]
  • 在2026年3月认定的广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇中入选。[1]
