龙东村在兴宁市合水镇境内，是镇辖行政村。村处原龙北镇东部，因而叫龙东；辖杨桃树下、枫树塘、张公排、谭文阁四个自然村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
龙东在1951年隶官田乡。1958年建东红大队，1980年更名龙东，1983年10月设乡，1987年4月改管理区，1999年成为龙东村委会。龙北镇2004年11月撤销后，村划归合水镇。[1]
