洋田村在兴宁市合水镇境内，是镇辖行政村。官田河由北向南穿村而过，四周是高山，中间是盆地，有成片的大面积湖洋田，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
洋田早年在官田乡（1951年）和官田大队（1958年）之内，1960年划入龙北公社，改为洋田大队。其后依次为龙北区中官乡（1983年）、龙北镇洋田村（1987年）、洋田管理区（1989年），1999年起设洋田村委会。龙北镇2004年11月撤销后，村划归合水镇。[1]
