罗英村在兴宁市合水镇境内，是镇辖行政村。此村1949年之前叫水罗塘上村，高级社后期建立大队时才取名罗英，后来这个名字成了村名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
罗英先是罗塘乡（1951年）、罗塘大队（1958年）的一部分，1960年单独设罗英大队，其后改乡（1983年）、改村（1987年）、改管理区（1989年），1999年成为罗英村委会。2004年11月龙北镇撤销，村划归合水镇。[1]
