仁居社区是梅州市平远县仁居镇政府驻地圩镇上的居民委员会，下分4个居民小组。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1986年，平远县人民政府以平府发〔1986〕78号文批准成立，名称沿用至今。[1]
名称由来[edit]
平远设县以前，这里叫「林子营」；定居的人渐多，富户聚居，便称「豪居」。清末到民国初年改称仁居，老县志解释说，豪居本指公卿士大夫在乡居住，改为仁居取「仁人之居」的意思。[1]
