黄畲村在仁居镇西北面，离圩镇中心约7公里，2004年由原黄畲、南龙两个村合并而成。[1]
名称由来[edit]
全村土壤发黄，旧时又多为畲族居住地，故称黄畲。两村委会（黄畲和南龙）在2004年合成了今天的黄畲村民委员会。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
解放初期是独立的乡，1958年起改为生产大队；其后名称屡改，1987年设村民委员会，1989年改作管理区，1999年又恢复村民委员会的名称，沿用至今。[1]
概况与荣誉[edit]
据博雅地名网所载，辖17个村民小组，约552户、2100人；种烤烟、甜玉米、仙人草。[1]2019年9月，黄畲村进入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
