先锋村是广东省梅州市平远县石正镇的行政村，在镇的中部偏西，下设16个村民小组，登记771户、3109人，总面积3.04平方公里，耕地约3150亩。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

名称来历：“文化大革命”后由中西大队与龙坑大队合并，改称先锋大队，沿用至今。[2]

1949年设先锋乡；1956年起其地为石正乡的中西、龙坑两个大队，1958年同属石正公社，1963年起并为先锋大队。1986年建镇时为先锋管理区，1999年3月改为石正镇先锋村民委员会。[3]

经济[edit]

以种植水稻、养殖生猪和鸡、劳动力输出为主。[1]
