历史沿革[edit]
名称来历：位于南台石的正面，故名。[2]
1949年设石正乡，1958年成为大队，1983年改作小乡，1987年成立村民委员会，1989年改设管理区，1999年4月再设村民委员会，延续至今。[3]
经济[edit]
村民经营种养业、种优质稻，还有人经商、办个体工厂或进厂务工。[1]
