双璜村是棉洋镇下属的行政村，属广东省五华县（梅州市），在镇域西北边。[1]据博雅地名网所载数据（未注年份），全村分28个村民小组，登记660户、3885人，面积2.6平方千米，耕地1753亩。[1]

由原来的双璜乡改设而来。[1]

1949年前后，这里叫双璜乡。其后建制屡变：1958年立大队，1983年又称乡政府，1989年设管理区，至1999年才定为村民委员会。[1]

村里主要种植水稻。据博雅地名网，村里一年的经济总收入约1430万元（所指年份未注明）。[1]
