名称由来[edit]

据博雅地名网所载，北洋村在长布镇最北部，属边远山区，1949年以前叫佰杨村，之后改称北洋村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此地1949年建北洋乡，1958年起改作大队，1983年又成为乡政府一级，1989年设管理区，到1999年才由村民委员会管理，沿用至今。[1]
