历史沿革[edit]

岳坑大队自1961年公社化起隶属砂田公社；1987年撤区改镇后为岳坑管理区；1999年春起建制为岳坑村村民委员会[1]。

人口与经济[edit]

村情材料记载，在册292户、1450人，总面积10.1平方千米，耕地约650亩；主要经济作物为水稻；上一年农村经济总收入449万元[1]。

其他[edit]

扶贫开发“双到”工作中，在省港澳办帮扶下，村里建起农村幸福家园和老人之家，并修了1.27公里自然村道。2019年9月，岳坑村名列「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」之中。[1]。
