新铺村是梅州市丰顺县汤南镇的行政村，汤南镇人民政府驻在村内。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

解放前此地有墟场，因墟上新开的店铺多，叫作“新墟铺”；公社化后，大队靠近该墟，沿用“新铺”为名。[1]解放初期曾与隆烟合并为丰收社，1958年二者分开，新铺单独成大队，其后设乡、改管理区，1999年定为村委会。[1]
