汤光村是梅州市丰顺县汤南镇的行政村，村委会驻汤坑围。村名中的“汤”指村下游龙角塘村的一处温泉，取“汤湖之光”之意。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
建国初有汤光高级社；1958年改为大队；1984年随区制设乡；1987年起为村委会，1992年一度叫管理区，到1999年又恢复村委会之称。[1]
人口[edit]
据博雅地名网，全村辖3个村民小组，在册916户，3862人，总面积7.3平方公里，耕地1056亩；2019年9月公布的2018年度省级民主法治示范村创建单位名单中有该村。[1]
