六宅村在信宜市东镇西北部[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
此地自1958年起为六宅大队，其后至1983年称六宅乡，再到1987年设村民委员会，又于1989年称管理区办事处，至1999年重称村民委员会[1]。
经济[edit]
据博雅地名网所载，村分22个村民小组，登记451户，人口2070人，总面积约6平方千米，耕地800亩；以养鸡、养猪和种水稻为主，其上一年农村经济总收入为1915万元[1]。
荣誉[edit]
六宅村于2023年5月被广东省爱卫会评为「2022年广东省卫生村」[1]。
