东里村是丰顺县汤坑镇所辖的行政村之一，位于汤坑镇西北部[1]。2004年10月撤销附城镇后改归汤坑镇管辖[2]。

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网所载：1958年起叫作汤坑公社东里大队；此后1974年原东桥大队分为东里、石桥、苏山三个大队，东里大队以东里村得名；随后1983年起叫作汤坑区东里乡；再后来1986年起叫作附城乡东里管理区；接着1999年建立东里村民委员会；2004年10月附城镇建制撤销后，东里村民委员会划入汤坑镇。[2]

荣誉：2020年8月，列入广东省农业农村厅公布的首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名录（食用菌）。[1]
