铜盘村是丰顺县汤坑镇所辖的行政村之一，位于汤坑镇东南片^[1]。村名的来历是：相传上古时这里姓氏混杂，最后留下冯、彭二姓，叫冯彭村；后来只剩冯姓，「冯彭」被叫成谐音的「铜盘」^[2]。
