地名由来[edit]
清初游氏自长宁一带迁来定居；村子北面的山岗上长着一棵大松树，所以叫松树岗。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
该村清代隶博罗县石湾巡司署，民国时属博罗县罗岗乡；中华人民共和国成立后归新设的长宁乡，1958年成为长宁公社的一部分。1986年改称长宁镇松树岗管理区，至1990年又改为松树岗村民委员会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
松树岗村在2023年11月入选广东「百千万工程」首批典型县镇村，2024年4月列入「广东省第一批乡村振兴示范村」的创建名单。[1]
