鹿颈村是惠州市惠城区三栋镇的行政村，临淡水河，农工民主党的创始人邓演达出生于此，邓演达故居和邓演达纪念园都在村内[3][4]。

地名由来[edit]

据博雅地名网，相传此地有一座称鹿形墓的坟墓，村址建在鹿形墓的颈部，因此得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年起为三栋乡辖下的行政村；1957年并乡时一度归乌泥埔乡。此后经人民公社的营和大队等建制，1961年起主要属三栋人民公社（1962年至1973年间曾并入永湖公社）；1986年7月三栋撤区建镇，改称鹿颈村委会，属三栋镇至今[2]。

发展[edit]

村里早年水利不通、路面泥泞，田地雨天积水、晴天干旱，粮食常不够吃。2003年，惠州市数码工业园（后称惠南高新技术产业园）选址在村中，村民开始做小买卖或到厂里上班，收入渐渐提高。2010年村里的农家书屋启用，面积80平方米，藏书超过5300册[3]。

岭南新民居示范点占地2.1万平方米，建有15栋新民居，每栋供2户居住，面积分200平方米和250平方米两种；经费来源为省里补助100万元，惠州市和惠城区各补助300万元，镇里投入1000万元[3]。

名胜古迹[edit]

邓演达故居始建于清末，面积189平方米，是双堂式客家平房，内有两个厅堂、六间房、一间厨房和一个天井，1985年公布为惠州市文物保护单位，2002年7月列为广东省文物保护单位[4]。邓演达纪念园在故居基础上兴建，2009年12月动工，2010年9月开园，总面积52.6公顷，免费开放，周一闭馆；园内有邓演达陈列馆等，2017年、2018年升级改造[5]。村里的演达小学在2013年入选惠州市第一批历史建筑[6]。

著名人物[edit]

邓演达（1895—1931）生于村中，属国民党左派，1931年在南京被秘密处决，生前创建了农工民主党[7]。兄邓演存（1889—1979）也是本村人[8]。

荣誉[edit]

2016年1月，列入「第三批美丽宜居村庄示范」；2022年8月，定为2022年度「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位；2023年11月，进入「广东百千万工程首批典型县镇村」名单[1]。
