陶冲社区在广东省肇庆市四会市东城街道境内。旧称陶冲村，2012年村改居为社区；古时一条水涌穿过全区，涌边泥土似陶土，初称陶涌，后简称陶冲。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

陶冲自1958年的大队起，依次改称乡（1983年）、村委会（1986年）、管理区（1987年），属清塘镇；1994年划入东城街道；1998年再设村民委员会，2012年村改居，成为社区居委会。[1]

经济[edit]

博雅地名网所载村情：面积5.2平方千米，19个村民小组共有2852人，其中45人是党员；村处城中村位置，以建厂房、铺位出租为主，引进了4家较大的企业，2008年村集体纯收入88.1万元。[1]

荣誉[edit]

陶冲社区2017年10月由广东省爱国卫生运动委员会评为「第一批广东省卫生村」。[1]
