仓岗社区是四会市城中街道下辖的社区居民委员会，2004年由村改居而成[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

据《四会县志》，相传南汉时期刘氏曾在岗上建仓储粮、聚集兵众，仓岗之名由此而来[1]。民国时期此地有仓岗镇之称。新中国成立后并入四会镇，设仓岗农业大队，1966至1985年一度叫立新大队，之后到1998年是仓岗管理区，再到2004年是仓岗村民委员会，2004年村改居，成立仓岗社区居民委员会[1]。仓岗社区在2019年9月公布的名单中，列为2018年「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位[1]。
