铁场村是四会市城中街道辖下的行政村，在四清公路旁，距四会市中心约7公里[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网所载，明嘉靖二十二年（1543年）黄氏率家人在此建屋定居。村子三面环水，水面称隆湖，背靠山，外人难以渡船入村，易守难攻，有“铁墙”之称，后写作铁场[1]。村在1958年是清塘公社的铁场生产大队，后来依次成为铁场乡（1985年）、铁场管理区（1993年）；1994年起属城中街道，铁场村民委员会成立于1998年[1]。
人口与经济[edit]
村委会辖12个村小组，1638人、423户，面积约6.8平方千米，其中耕地2150亩、山林3600亩。以农业为主，莲藕是特色产业[1]。
