河西村是四会市城中街道辖下的行政村，位于街道西北部，以水产养殖见长[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
村在龙江河西岸，故名河西。解放初期属清西乡，1958年为清塘公社清西大队；1975年整治龙江河后，以河为界分设河东、河西两个大队；1984年称河西乡，1987年设河西村委会，次年称河西管理区，属清塘镇；1994年划归城中街道[1]。
人口与经济[edit]
村分10个村民小组，有1937人，面积1.3平方千米；水田543.2亩，鱼塘1700亩，山地1200亩；2008年人均收入6736元。当地以养殖鱼类历史悠久，村又称白土[1]。河西村在2019年9月公布的名单中，列为2018年「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位[1]。
