历史沿革[edit]

“播植”一名出自壮语：播为坡，植按汉义，指可以耕种的山坡。[1]1858年（清咸丰八年）圩镇迁到此处；民国年间隶德庆县鹿和乡第四区；此后经过播植大队等时期，自1998年成立播植村委会。[1]

经济[edit]

村里627户，共2648人，有水田1413亩。收入来自沙糖桔、贡柑、水稻和经商。[1]2022年被认定为「广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」，产业为肉鸽；村中的“良鸽园”属“肇庆农十景”，2023年又入选「肇庆市A级乡村旅游村庄」。[1]
