虎岗村在播植镇东南，离圩镇约4公里，旧321国道从村境穿过；村内有9个自然村、15个村民小组。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村后的山岗形似伏虎，故名虎岗。[1]解放初设虎岗乡，1962年为人民公社虎岗大队，1989年改管理区，1998年起为虎岗村委会。[1]
经济[edit]
375户、1340人，水田1092亩，水果1448亩。此外有鱼塘150亩，虎纹蛙养殖场30亩，冬瓜示范种植基地10亩；收入来源是稻谷、沙糖桔、贡柑、冬瓜的种植，以及养鱼与养蛙。[1]
