历史沿革[edit]
新中国成立初称植村乡，1962年人民公社时期为植村大队，1989年改管理区，1998年经德庆县人民政府批准设植村村民委员会，村名取自村委会驻地植村。[1]
经济[edit]
全村487户、1939人，水田1638亩，水果792亩；村民收入主要来自沙糖桔、水稻、佛手种植。据博雅地名网，2009年农民人均收入5700元。[1]
