黄岗街道是广东省肇庆市端州区下辖的街道，位于肇庆市区东部，北倚北岭山，西接星湖，东与鼎湖区苏村相邻，南面隔西江与南岸街道相望。^[1]辖区面积78.2平方千米，2020年第七次人口普查时常住人口为178646人；街道办事处设在端州二路8号。^[1]这里是端砚产区之一，下黄岗一、二社区一带的村民世代制砚。^[2]^[3]

历史沿革[edit]

今街道一带在明洪武十二年（1379年）归黄冈都管辖。民国时期，1940年隶东屯乡，后转隶东文乡；1950年9月成立双东乡，1958年9月该乡与二桂乡合并，编入肇庆市郊区公社。此后的沿革依次是：下黄岗公社（1974年1月）、黄岗区（1983年9月由公社改建）、黄岗镇（1987年）。^[2]2010年10月13日撤镇设街，成为端州区黄岗街道。^[2]

2013年4月，端州区街道辖区作了调整（肇庆市政府4月28日批复）：城南街道的二塔、羚山两社区改由黄岗管辖，而工农、厚岗、岩前、景山岗四社区则划给城东街道。^[2]百度百科称截至2021年10月，街道辖12个社区。^[1]

据博雅地名网，街道得名于辖区内旧有的黄岗圩，该圩始建于清代。^[4]

黄岗为城区东扩的主要承载地，博雅地名网所录的街道概况称，这里有端砚、服装、电子、精细化工、五金等行业的企业，黄岗镇曾被广东省定为“端砚生产专业镇”。^[3]同一页给出2005年的数字：实际利用外资1373万美元，外贸出口约1.6亿美元，国税与地税入库合计10160万元。^[3]

据百度百科，2011年底全街道有三十多个专业市场和一家购物广场；当年商品销售总额22.6亿元（增长23.7%），出口2.7亿美元（增长4%）。^[1]

端砚产自肇庆，下黄岗一社区下辖白石、东禺两条自然村，博雅地名网所录村情称全村九成以上村民从事端砚制作。^[5]维基百科写明，白石村在2012年入选首批中国传统村落。^[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

渡头元魁塔在渡头村，是一座建于明天启三年（1623年）的风水塔，相传由本村梁挺芳、梁挺高兄弟同科中举后回乡所建。塔高27米，平面八角，外观7层，内部10层，塔基用石，塔身砖木结构，塔刹铸铁。该塔1984年先成为市级文物保护单位，2019年4月19日又进入第九批广东省文物保护单位名单。^[6]此塔与北岸的崇禧塔、南岸的文明塔和卖峰塔隔江相对，博雅地名网所录文字称之为“四塔擎天”。^[7]

博雅地名网的街道旅游景点页，把七星岩景区内的石室岩、玉屏岩、阆风岩、阿坡岩、石峒、天柱岩等处摩崖石刻列在黄岗街道名下。石室岩现有唐至现代石刻337题，其中唐代4题、宋代79题；刻于唐开元十五年（727年）的李邕《端州石室记》是七星岩年代最早的石刻。玉屏岩有明至现代石刻83题。^[7]国务院在2001年6月25日把七星岩摩崖石刻列入第五批全国重点文物保护单位。^[8]百度百科对其位置只写作七星岩风景区内，未指明街道。^[8]
