三村社区是广东省肇庆市端州区睦岗街道下辖的社区。名称来自合并：原头村、坑尾村、龙塘三个大队并为一个，称“三村”。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
三村从1961年起是大队，1983年改乡政府，1987年改为村委会，1989年起叫管理区，1998年又恢复村委会之称，2013年1月起称三村居委会。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
共分8个村民小组：头村、格布、岗一、岗二、龙塘、卫村、上黄岗和坑边；据介绍有584户、1907人。以2007年计，农村社会经济收入为11031万元，村、组两级集体收入合计815.6万元。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单；2025年1月获评「2024年肇庆市绿色社区」。[1]
