高塆村是广东省茂名市信宜市合水镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的西北部，辖28个村民小组。据博雅地名网所载村情，全村在册587户、3012人，总面积10.1平方千米，耕地1623亩。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年后初期分为21、22村农会；随后1957年的高级社并成高荷、高塆两社；之后1958年人民公社化后各自成为高荷、高塆的生产大队，到1962年两队并为高塆大队；再后来1983年建乡，1987年起设村民委员会，1989年一度称管理区办事处，1999年又恢复村民委员会之名并沿用。[1]

据博雅地名网，村名的由来是：此地是一个山塆，地势高。[1]

经济[edit]

主要经济作物有柑桔、木薯、玉米。村集体管理杉坳、湾疗两座电站，另有柑桔基地和养猪基地。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年12月获“「2021年广东省卫生村」”称号；2019年9月入选“「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」”创建单位名单。[1]
