大成村是广东省茂名市信宜市大成镇所辖的行政村，位于大成镇政府驻地[1]。名称由来：位于镇人民政府所在的中心地段，因而得名[2]。

历史沿革[edit]

据村情记载，民国时期为白石上乡第五堡，随后1960年设大成生产大队，随后1983年改设大成乡政府，随后1988年为大成村民委员会，随后1993年称大成管理区办事处，随后直到1999年才称大成村民委员会[1]。

人口与经济[edit]

据博雅地名网所载村情，村内设31个村民小组，在册826户、4387人，总面积6平方千米，耕地1050亩；种植的作物主要是龙眼[1]。该村是有名的龙眼产区，另有运输、服务业和石料加工；记载称上一年农村经济总收入450万元。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2023年5月，获广东省爱卫会授予「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
