历史沿革[edit]
据村情记载，民国期间属白石上乡十四堡，随后解放初为白石上乡十四村，随后1959年为大成公社上湾生产大队，随后1984年设上湾乡政府，随后1987年成为上湾村民委员会，随后1990年称上湾管理区办事处，随后直到1999年才称上湾村民委员会[1]。
人口与经济[edit]
据博雅地名网所载村情，村内设24个村民小组，在册545户、2839人，总面积10平方千米，耕地1128亩；种植的作物主要是龙眼、南蕉、三华李和马铃薯[1]。村干部鼓励种龙眼，冬种马铃薯成为特色；据估算，龙眼年收入约20万至30万元，马铃薯约40万至50万元。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2026年1月，获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」；2020年8月，列入广东省农业农村厅公布的「首批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村名单」（茶叶）。[1]
