壶垌村是广东省茂名市化州市那务镇所辖的行政村，在镇域北部，下设13个村民小组。[1]据博雅地名网，该村在册750户、3616人（村委会所报，未注年份）。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期化县第七区的区公所就设在壶垌圩；土地改革时期为壶垌乡；1958年一度升格为壶垌公社，1963年并入那务公社后降为大队。此后名称依次是：壶垌乡（1983年）、壶垌村民委员会（1987年）、管理区办事处（1989年），1999年起又称村民委员会。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

村委会自述（未注年份）：全村面积2.8平方公里，耕地约1834亩，主要经济作物为香蕉、蚕桑，上一年农村经济总收入870万元。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]

文化与人物[edit]

村内景点有百家坟、壶垌冼太宫和壶垌文化广场；教育机构有壶垌中学、壶垌小学和一所幼儿园。[2]据该网概况页，清同治丁卯年（1867年）举人李鸿文出自累功坡，曾任化州石龙书院院长；其弟李凤文为光绪丙子年（1876年）举人；秀才出身的李应珏曾任蒙城知县、安徽提督学政。开明绅士李特之创办了那务中学和壶垌中学。黄埔军校学生黄彰英、莫宴琦均为壶垌人，先后于1926年在北伐战场牺牲。[2]

该网还记载，壶垌圩有归国华侨李新芳一家，20世纪50年代由印度尼西亚回国定居；少数居民（如高车、章义埌的陈姓人家）信奉天主教。[2]
