历史沿革[edit]
人民公社化之后，称元山大队。此后名称依次是：元山乡（1983年）、元山村民委员会（1987年）、管理区办事处（1989年），1999年起又称村民委员会。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
村委会自述（未注年份）：全村面积5平方公里，耕地约1100亩，主要经济作物为水稻、蚕桑、林木，上一年农村经济总收入960万元。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]
