平垌村是广东省茂名市化州市南盛街道下辖的行政村，在街道东南面，辖16个村民小组。[1]2026年1月，该村获评广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网所载，1958年人民公社化，美丽与平垌两个大队并成了平垌大队，1962年起隶南盛公社。此后的名称依次是：平垌乡（1983年）、平垌村民委员会（1985年）、平垌管理区办事所（1989年初），自1999年又用平垌村民委员会之名，一直未变。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

村民委员会自述（未注年份）：在册930户、4338人，土地约12851亩，其中耕地6370亩；种水稻、甘蔗、花生、番薯，鱼塘发包是特色收入，上一年农村经济总收入4535万元，年种水稻约4000亩、花生约1500亩。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年10月，入选2019年广东省卫生村名录；2020年12月，列入「2020年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」；2026年1月，获评「广东省第二批百千万工程典型村」。[1]
