名称由来[edit]
此地原是一大片地势偏低的坡地，故称低坡[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
1963年，原低坡大队与湖塘大队合并；此后1983年成低坡乡，1986年成农村管理区，1999年起称低坡村民委员会[1]。
地理与经济[edit]
据百度百科，白沙河流经村域；耕地以种水稻为主。2024年12月，村集体的5.4424公顷农用地依法被征收，供新型材料管道项目的城镇建设用地之用[2]。石鼓镇建有低坡制革工业园区[3]。
荣誉[edit]
2019年10月，低坡村入选广东省卫生村名录；同年9月，列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单[1]。
