城东社区是广东省茂名市高州市山美街道下辖的社区，山美街道办事处驻于此。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

社区因位于高州城区东面得名。[1]1961年体制下放时，这里是山美村的一部分；1996年11月，高州市政府批准成立城东居委会，后称城东社区。[1]2019年9月，城东社区列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
